"Excellent property! Very cute inside and out! "

"Very nice stay, immediate holiday feeling, friendly welcoming, staff takes good care of everything and owners are present all day. Nice swimming pool, cosy tiny houses (cottages) with all comfort. A few kilometres from Marina de Grossetto - to walk there makes rather sense when teh Bagno operation starts mid June. Good stay for relaxing and enjoying the very well done italian/tuscany meals in the evening, no need to go elsewhere for dinner. Taste the housewine - selfmade by owner!"

"We had an excellent stay in a very cosy room on a walking distance to Pitigliano old town. Cinzia took good care of us and we would love to go back sometime."

"Grosse maison perdue dans la campagne qui a été une superbe découverte. Nous avions un magnifique appartement qui donnait sur une belle piscine magnifiquement entretenue. Le personnel est très avenant avec un remerciement spécial pour Fatima qui nous a accueillis en français est s'est occupé de nous toute la soirée. "The breakfast was great. Sara and Michele are great hosts and have great recommendations for their guests. Very good place to stay. "

"This B&B was AMAZING !! Our room was wonderful and the swimming pool was great and our breakfast was delicious 😋 but our favorite thing was meeting precious Antoinette and her boys !! We highly recommend staying here !!"

"When we arrived the place looked an old farm in the middle of nowhere. The pool had no water in it and was closed , room was small with lot of flies and a/c controls were taped off . Was very disappointed and turned key back in without even taking my suitcases out of the car . Regretted it very much to have booked this place . Did not even get a refund . Horribly"

"Very nice place. Good king size bed and wonderful sheets. Breakfast was really fresh too, with delicious pastries. Awesome view in the valley, however we had an upgraded suite. AC was very welcome, it was 36C outside. I would recommend this one to all my friends. Also location was great, very central and a lot of restaurants close by."

"Excellent accommodations, would definitely return! The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Parking super convenient ."
