Actually out of All the times that we stayed @ Quality- this time was just perfect- rooms & service were great- We stayed 3 nites & each time we came back to the room - it was picture perfect

Great staff, very affordable and clean

Passing though and decided to stop and sleep. Very reasonable price and the rooms are very clean. All the staff is extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us during a snow storm that was the most snowfall in Louisiana history. Would have made a perfect 5/5 but the rooms heater didn’t work, so we used a portable one they gave us plus one of our own. Overall very happy.

The rooms are okay. This is an old hotel. The rooms carpet needs to be changed and cleaned better but for the money it’s worth it. The beds nice and sheets clean. The resturant staff needs to be nicer. We had 3 people and only comped 2 breakfast vouchers. The one breakfast was $18 and that is ridiculous. Also this is the only hotel i have been that doesn't have complementary coffee. .

This is a “Double” property if that makes sense. It was originally built as a Holiday Inn. Now it’s the Quality and Clarion (I think). The large original building is the Quality and there is a separate building in the back that’s the “nicer” Clarion Inn. I’ve stayed at this property several times. If all you need is a place to lay your head and take a shower, then I would recommend this property a 8/10 … it’s just a little old, but they keep everything nice and in working order. the property has a very large pool, with plenty of chairs and tables. There are several grills around the property. There is a bar/lounge that looks very nice (I’ve never been in there) and there is a restaurant on location that offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner… buffet style as well as a menu. I’ve eaten at the restaurant twice. Once on New Year’s Day (wasn’t impressed) but we had the buffet and it was around 1:30 when we went so I think they were getting ready to close to prepare for Dinner. It wasn’t bad. There wasn’t many choices. The other time, we ordered off the menu and it was delicious!
