"Love the breakfast and the staff! The hot tub is great as well. Please always keep the hot water dispenser in the lobby - it's such a great touch when you are needing to work a late night."

"The restaurant was staffed by an immature server who definitely needed training. The shower water was barely warm or hot and the pressure was horrible. They make the hotel appear as if it is right on the beach and it's not. You have to walk down aways to go through a state park. There's a beach campground across the street. The coffee that looks like it's available in the lobby had no coffee. The only real positive thing I can say about the hotel is the valet staff. They were great but they charge 55 bucks for valet per day."

"I absolutely hated my time here. The staff was incredibly rude, the manager lady would keep asking when I am checking out every few hours when I saw her. At some point it was rude and intentional as if she’s asking me to get out. She also immediately clowned me in front of a male guest the minute I tried to check in. The property had so many noise issues. The elevator kept beeping. The road had down kind of issue so when cars drove if the freeway it’s so loud. I had to buy earplugs. The fire alarm battery is dying in the room so it would flash alll night. It said when I booked breakfast was included and when I got here it was not. I needed to leave the hotel, I could not stand being here. Also the thermostat temperature does not change the room temperature. There was also 4 cop cars on the property investigating something. I do not recommend staying here. The staff was horrible"

"There was a window air conditioner in the bedroom because the room air conditioner clearly wasn't working. This was not disclosed to us when we were given the keys to the room. Fortunately we spent very little time in the room, however the window air conditioner did not cool the room efficiently enough because when we left at check out the room was 80 degrees. The entire hotel is due for a facelift. It's looking rather run down and is showing it's age. We stayed here because it looked to have a nice pool in comparison to other area hotels, but in hindsight, I feel like we would have had a nicer stay elsewhere at a newer hotel for comparable price."

"Had 2 other occupants in room close to ours starting and running their diesel vehicles all hours of the night. Talked to management to be moved. Said I would have to check out in the morning and see if a room opened up later. We stuck it out. Stayed in a different hotel last week which was much nicer and quieter and also more reasonable."

"We didn't partake in the breakfast. Room had jacuzzi (good) standup balcony no great view, separate sitting area with tv, desk, small sink, fridge and microwave along with coffee maker "

"Came for Mother’s Day weekend. The Lobby was nice. Smelled amazing when walking in. However, the carpet on the room floors were out dated and lifted. The room was a nice size. Had two queen beds. The bed was comfortable and clean. But there were finger print stains on the walls. The shower head was so rusted and dirty. I hate that I had no choice but to use it. The sink in the bathroom only ran hot water. No mater which way I turned the knob it only did hot water. I only stayed one night so I didn’t feel the need to complain at the front desk. But I won’t ever come back."

"There was maintenance going on in the hallway. Room was clean and well-maintained. AC and blackout blinds were good."
