"The staff tried really hard to make the stay nice. But they had turned off the AC for winter and the room was very hot. When the windows opened mosquitos came in. Lots of noise from the street outside. They let us change rooms but for the cost I was disappointed with this hotel. "

"Clean room, staff pleasant and helpful. Very nice breakfast with many options to choose from. Location superb - close to gondolas, St. Mark square, shopping places, all kind of restraints, etc. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable at this hotel! "

"Upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy every day during our stay. We called concierge every night so they could tell them to be quiet. It sounded like there was a gym above us. Not sure if they were wrestling, jumping, doing aerobics, etc. Staff was nice. Liked the 4-6 pm coffee and pastry time."

"Full of bed bugs, just don't go there, staff denying the bug issu, just admit there was after i showed them a picture, they don't take this problem seriously....but you should by going somewhere else"

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Just a bit small Staff was nice and helpful The only issue I had was the noise - I could hard people partying downstairs and next door neighbour showering and using toilet, even with the windows shut "

"If you are looking for a very nice, well air conditioned, lovely breakfast, and away from the business of St. Mark’s Square, this is the place for you. We walked from the train station. It is nice to stay further away from the action so you can experience more of the beautiful city. We strolled along the paths and found all sorts of delightful places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel, only thing that was a bit of a put off was the overpowering smell of room spray/air freshener when you walked into the room, we had to open the window to let fresh air in. The room itself was small but clean. Staff where very friendly. Breakfast was nice with a great choice. Lovely bar area and drinks where a reasonable cost for a hotel. Location was fantastic! "
