Guests have exclusive use of the entire 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath cabin and the surrounding 5-acre property in the My Mountain community. The only off limits areas are the locked owner's closets.

Our family loves this area, and we want to help you create lasting memories here — whether that’s roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, exploring local adventures, or simply soaking in the mountain views from the deck.

HOUSE RULES:
- MINIMUM AGE: Primary renter must be at least 23 years old and present for the duration of the stay (exceptions may be made by owner in advance of booking). May not exceed maximum occupancy of house per listing.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Violations will result in termination of the stay without a refund.
- NO LOUD MUSIC.
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Violation will result in a $250 charge.
- NO PETS. Violation will result in a $250 charge.
- NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
- NO SHOES INSIDE HOME.
