There was a problem with the heating at the Inn. They arranged other comparable accommodations for us and comped the first day. Despite the initial problem, it all went well and we were quite pleased with our stay. Kudos to the staff at both inns, they were excellent.

I love this hotel. My son makes regular trips to Ruby Memorial for health concerns. Residence Inn is within walking distance, the staff are amazing, the rooms are ideal for short or extended stays, and the free breakfast is top notch.

Nice room layout, kitchen, comfortable bed, pet friendly. Didn’t like shower curtain smelled like a wet rag and at breakfast the hard boiled eggs were very slimy, no hot water for tea.

The staff was great. The food was really good. The room was very spacious. First night there was a drip in the air conditioner and in the morning they did move us to a new room. Very accommodating for their issue in the room.

Overall, the customer service was great everyone was friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping could definitely be better. There was a strange smell we couldn’t figure out at first, and it turned out the trash under the kitchen sink hadn’t been emptied from a previous stay. Also, the breakfast area could’ve been cleaner, there was food on the floor and on the counter.
