We really liked the customer service when we checked in, and the room was very comfortable. We loved having a bath tub and shower. There is a 7-eleven connected to this hotel, and its very close to the train station. There is a lot of options for restaurants also.

よかった点→ 1アメニティの充実具合（折り紙や雪肌精の化粧水、入浴剤、ヘアオイル等）は今までのどのホテルよりよかったです。 2ホテル独特のにおいも全くなくにおいに厳しい、家族も、においを感じないと話してました。 3ユニットバスではなく、お風呂場もすごく綺麗でした。 4朝食も充実した内容。 5コスト的に大分安く、細かいところで満足できる部分が多く評価が高い。 難点→ 1就学前の娘（6歳）は朝食代900円別途かかりましたが、サイトによって表記が違く、ホテル外に設置した看板には【未就学児無料】の表記がありました。フロントに聞いたところ、4歳以上は900円かかるとのこと。未就学児の表記はやめた方がいいと思います。 2チェックインの仕方がわかりづらく、最初にフロントに行く掲示は必要だと思います。 3駐車場が立体式（別途有料）の為、物の出し入れは不向きなのも気になりました（近場の他の駐車場に停めました）。 4エレベーターのルームキー使用が難しく、10→9階に行くのに1階まで行かされた。

駅から近く1階にはセブンイレブンが併設されておりロケーションが良いです。お部屋は綺麗ですがやや狭め。ベッドは気持ちの良い硬さですが、シモンズなどが好みの方には合わないかもしれません。お風呂とトイレが分かれていたのがとても気に入りました。不満点としては、喫煙所にゴミが残されていて吸い殻がなかなか片付けられず溢れてしまっていたこと、1階男子トイレのドアノブが壊れていた点で、そこは残念に感じました。なお、事前預り荷物のお部屋への運び込みサービスはありませんでした。朝食バイキングは美味しかったです。

服務佳 回飯店大廳時因急著上廁所，將內裝兩盒食品的購物袋放在沙發上，3分鐘後出來沙發上物品馬上不見蹤影，詢問櫃檯服務人員，立刻拿出我的失物，原來櫃檯人員擔心遺失替我保管，當下真的感動不已，感謝這麼細心的服務，而且當天已經check out ，只是暫存行李，下次再遊盛岡 ROYENT 是必選住房。
