"Hotel location was really central. The room was larger than I thought it would be. It was clean and warm. Would have been nice to have a chair/stool to sit on when not wanting to sit on the bed. The toilet and shower was clean and again more spacious than I thought it would be. "

"What a great stay , from the friendly staff at reception to the free cookie on arrival ( what a great surprise) The room was stunning!! I had a lovely view of the canal. Great fresh variety of food at breakfast , absolutely delicious. 2 slight faults , room service menu was outdated in my room and what I had my heart set on was no longer on it although the substitute offering was fab ! The room fan occasionally made a really loud annoying buzzing noice thankfully with a bit of changing of settings it didn’t impact my sleep. "
