"We stayed on a Friday night before a Saturday morning cruise departure. There was a wedding party at the pool deck that evening. We were on the 25th floor and it sounded like the DJ was in our room until 10:45. So much for sleep. Other than that, the breakfast was very good the next morning and the staff (Alex Especially) was very accommodating. I realize that we may have caught it on an "off" night, but still."

"The room was so tiny you could not walk around the bed. So the person on the far side of the bed had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. The room in general was very well laid out. But super super tiny, it was a very little room for anything. It was generally smaller than a cabin on a cruise ship.. There's no sink in the bathroom. The sink is in the main room. A filmy curtain closes off the shower area. Otherwise, the shower is translucent, and a person can be seen inside the shower from outside the shower. High-priced. And you even had to pay for your coffee. No shuttle and generally no other amenities. Breakfast is an extra $25 per person."

"We love this place. This is our second stay. The pool and beach are impeccably maintained. All of the restaurants are great.we preferred the Arkadia Grill as it was the most laid back restaurant. ."

"I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the noise. Walls are incredibly thin, and you can hear absolutely everything from neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, that included other guests being intimate, which was not only uncomfortable but honestly pretty disturbing and made it impossible to relax. For a place that’s supposed to provide rest and privacy, this was completely unacceptable. I barely got any sleep and felt uneasy the entire time. Soundproofing clearly isn’t a priority here, and it really shows."

"The hotel has been under construction for over a year. There is no easy way to get anywhere without skirting construction areas. The television didn’t work in my first room so I called for assistance. After waiting 45 minutes I called again and demanded a new room. I was then placed in a room at the furthest location from an elevator and then had heavy drilling construction noise late in the evening and again early in the morning. It was so loud the room vibrated. The staff was polite but not real helpful or friendly."
