"Breakfast was excellent. Great variety on offer. The omelet station was only let down by the fact they didn't wipe out the bowls/pans between clients which is a problem if you have an allergy to dairy! The rooms don't have hairdryers but was told were available from reception. We asked on 3 separate occasions without success. Surely a hotel of this size had more than one! No sink plug in the bathroom washbasin which made shaving a problem. Apart from these little niggles we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel situated right in the centre of all places of interest. Pool and snack bar was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Staying at Riad Kaya made our stay in Marrakech extra special. We were given a warm welcome from the onset from Chouaib, who was beyond kind and helpful throughout our stay. The property was clean throughout and the breakfast offering was both generous and delicious. Chouaib also makes the best Moroccan tea! Once we were familiar with the location, the route to the Main Street was straightforward and safe. We will definitely be visiting Riad Kaya again!"

"Absolute gem of a place, literally a couple of minutes walk from the main square, 10 minutes from the main souks and close to everything you need. The interior is beautiful, staff couldn’t have been more friendly and the breakfasts on the roof terrace were delicious. Our room was right next to reception so we were disturbed in the early hours one morning but the hotel can’t help inconsiderate guests. Highly recommend the transfers to and from the airport, and they even provided a packed breakfast for us on our early flight. Highly recommend, we would absolutely return and recommend, thank you."

"Great stay in a beautiful Riad. Truly an oasis from the crazy souks . Staff especially Selma were kind and helpful. The spaces for lounging were gorgeous only downside was the arrangement of the pool which was away from the loungers and the hot tub/jacuzzi was not working to get hot and only suitable for a hot day since it’s cold and shaded."

"I would not stay anywhere else if I ever come back to Marrakech! The staff are wonderful and so helpful, kind, generous and friendly. Everyone is a pleasure to talk to. The rooms are lovely and clean and well maintained, the riad is beautiful in a quiet and tranquil corner of an otherwise bustling town center. The breakfast is lovely with honestly some of the best pastries we had anywhere in the city. The massage is great value for money. No notes, genuinely a perfect stay. "

"Breakfast is abundant and fresh, and varies from day to day. Tea/ coffee is available all day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to go to the international hospital for an emergency, the staff not only arranged transportation but also assisted and accompanied through the entire process. "
