"A cute cabin that’s only a 10-15min drive into downtown Big Bear. Only real knocks on the place: 1. Heat was turned on when we arrived (visited in August) so it was 84 degrees inside. Cooled down nicely later on once we turned that off and opened some windows. No AC. 2. Patio has a great view and is a great spot to hangout. Downside was it was a mess. "Beware*** Advertised as a 3 bedroom house, which I needed for my children. It is NOT a 3 bedroom house. If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom. "Our family loved staying here. It was hot in Big Bear during our stay and this cottage was great. The property is well located in a very quiet area. The property managers were awesome and their communication was phenomenal. The fairy tale easter eggs were great and my 10 year old daughter loved everyone of them. I would highly recommend this cottage to a family with small children. Thank you guys so much for accomadating our family on a much needed 4th of July getaway."
