"All the electrial outlets in the room were loose, no matter what we plugged in, most of the time, they did not stay plugged in. Need more outlets for devices to be plugged in. You need to put in comfort height toilets. There was a board lose where the heater is. Breakfast was bland. ALso need grab bars in the shower. "

"Mattress of hideaway bed was dirty with large crumbs and no sheets or blankets. Hotel staff did bring sheets and blankets promptly. Room was adequate size but could have been a bit larger for a studio. Pet policy is great! Staff are great! Breakfast was ok. Biscuits were dry and tasted stale, gravy was adequate, eggs were surprisingly good, sausage was good, bacon was ok. OJ was terrible very watered down, apple juice was good. Bed and pillows were very firm. AC was great."

"There was no breakfast. We went to breakfast at 8:00 and there was no waffle mix left and they wouldn’t make more. There was no fruit. Coffee, bread with a toaster and 2 kinds of cereal was all that was offered, but they had no bowls and when asked if we could get bowls they said the owner said “ no they can use cups”. Room was clean but not quiet. Pool was clean. "

"HI&S is my go to chain in the USA but this one was not as exceptional for the price versus others. The bed linen felt in need of a good wash. The breakfast was great however "
