"The hotel building and room were both new (or renovated). The room was spacious and provided all the basic needs, such as a mini fridge and mini microwave. You could ask for a coffee maker for the room, but there is also a coffee machine you can use in the lobby where you get breakfast. Breakfast is a typical Holiday Inn continental breakfast. There is also a small pantry store where you can buy snacks and beverages, which is convenient. The only slight area for improvement is the cleanliness of the hotel linen and towels. I'm not sure if the hotel is pet-friendly, but our supposedly washed bedsheets smelled of dog (and I love dogs but I wouldn't want to smell them in the bed sheets and cover), and the supposedly washed towels had yellow, hard stains on them. Overall, a pleasant place to stay if you're traveling through Abilene KS"
