"Gave the stay as a gift to our daughter. Billed as B&B but they received two muffins when they arrived and some yogurt in the refrigerator. When they inquired about breakfast the next morning the desk gal replied, "you got it yesterday". No coffee, no other food, rather curt response. They were forced to eat at the local diner for breakfast and ended up spending $25 for breakfast on top of what we paid for the room. Very misleading."

"We had a great Girls’ weekend! It was nice being so close to the rail trail. We did some biking and checked out the Hotel Manor, Slate Run General Store, swam in the creek and went to see a band at The Mountain Top. Perfect weekend, perfect stay and much needed time with perfect friends!! "

"This hotel looks very new with a very nice combination of colors. My stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. The front desk person was very polite when we checked in at almost midnight. It could be a bit noisy because of the highway, but other than that I had a very nice experience. Would definitely come again!"
"The house was as expected and worked out well. The screened in porch was very cozy. We spent time at the creek with our dogs, made a fire for some s'mores. The location was nice for walking. We walked to the Sunflower field down the road and cut some. We visited Colton Point State Park twice, nice walks. The house was clean and nice decorated. We did one of the puzzles that was there. We packed lots of food, so dining out wasn't necessary, but there were options. Definitely would stay again."
