"Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. "Great spaced out flat, comfortable stay for a family 4-6 persons. Having dedicated parking was a blessing in Bayonne area especially night time. Host was very active in responding for any questions. Location was covinient considering we had our car to move around. "
