Enjoy a spacious, comfortable home in desirable Morro Heights, located on a quiet residential street a short walk to downtown Morro Bay, and minutes from beaches, golf, hiking, and the Embarcadero. With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two living areas, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to relax and spend time together.

Natural pine paneling, comfortable furnishings, and views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding hills give the home its welcoming character.

The Home & Amenities:
The fully equipped country kitchen is ideal for cooking and gathering. The upstairs game room features a ping-pong table, Xbox One, board games, and treadmill overlooking the neighborhood. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and outside, live Internet TV channels, Hulu, and Disney+ are provided. The two queen bedrooms also have televisions.

The Property & Privacy:
The property has two completely separate units. Your reservation includes the entire four-bedroom main house, both living areas, and designated outdoor guest areas on the ground floor. For mobility issues and seniors, the first floor has full amenities, with a rear ramp providing access without stairs. A separate apartment above the garage is not included in the rental. Each unit has its own entrance and patio, with no connecting doors or shared living areas. You have full privacy and autonomy.

Parking:
The approximately 100-foot driveway is reserved for your group’s parking, with tandem parking (one vehicle behind another). This arrangement has worked well for guests, including larger groups, throughout our 20+ years of hosting.

Outdoor Amenities:
The downstairs BBQ, gym, and patio in the back are exclusively for your use. The gym includes weights and kettlebells; please return equipment after use. The upstairs balcony adjoining the separate apartment is private and not part of the listing.

A Few Things to Know:
* Laundry room access is only available for stays of five nights or longer. However, laundry facilities are available in town for shorter stays.
* RV parking is not permitted on the property and blocked by the eaves.
* Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.
* Liquid hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided. Please bring your own bathing soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

Security & Cameras:
Exterior cameras are located at the front and rear of the property. There are no cameras inside the house.

Morro Bay offers plenty to explore, from Morro Rock and Montana de Oro to kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, fishing, antiquing, pickleball, golf, wine tasting, hiking, birding, Hearst Castle, and the scenic Highway 1 coastline. Ocean’s Breeze makes a comfortable home base for enjoying it all.
