L’Ulivo d’Oro is a characterful, fully renovated country house (casa colonica) in the picturesque Morro d’Alba, where time slows down. Situated among rolling hills, vineyards, and olive trees, with panoramic views of the Monte Conero, this is the perfect place for families or groups of friends up to 10 people  who want to enjoy peace, nature, culture, and culinary discoveries together.
PROPERTY FEATURES
The 3,600 m² property includes a large garden, a heated swimming pool measuring 12 x 4 meters with shaded areas around it, a 60 m² pergola with outdoor seating and a gas barbecue, a boccia court (Italian pétanque), and a carport with space for three cars.
INTERIOR AMENITIES
Inside, you’ll find modern amenities such as air conditioning, heating, thermal glazing with mosquito screens, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, guest toilet, entrance hall, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house and under the pergola.
ACCOMMODATION
The accommodation covers two floors of 100 m² each. Upstairs there are four comfortable double bedrooms (with separate mattresses), one of which has an extra bunk bed for children, two large bathrooms (with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and bidet), and a linen room. Ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and charm in the heart of Le Marche.
CHILD-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
Additional amenities for the little ones include: stroller, crib, high chair, potty, baby changing table in one of the bathrooms, and a Trip-Trap children’s chair.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Our house is located on a quiet 'strada bianca' just outside the historic center of Morro d’Alba. The surroundings are ideal for walks, bike rides, and spontaneous trips to the many charming villages and hidden gems.

Eating like the Italians – fresh, local, and lovingly prepared:
- Start the day with fresh bread from the village bakery 'Cooperativa Alba'
- Get top-quality meat from butcher 'Silvia Ludovici' in Belvedere Ostrense – her Fiorentina steak is legendary, the cows are raised in Morro d'Alba
- Local trattorias and osterias include 'Dal Mago', 'Vin'Canta', and 'DeGustibus'; enjoy ice cream in the village at 'La Bottega del Gelato'
- In Senigallia (just 20 minutes by car), treat yourself in the city center at 'Osteria Degli Ulivi', 'Rimante', or 'Ramé'. Beforehand, enjoy an aperitif at 'Saffi Caffè' on Piazza Saffi at the start of the shopping street. For ice cream, visit 'Gelateria Chocoice' at the Foro Annonario. Or in the evening, head to the lungomare and discover gems like 'Scalo Zero', 'Pagaia', 'Tajamare', 'La Tartana', or 'L'Angolino sul Mare'. Also, delicious ice cream and pizza at GeloGiallo in Marzocca (with a spacious child-friendly outdoor seating area)

Explore caves, waterfalls, and medieval towns: from the Grotte di Frasassi to the ‘lost waterfalls’ of Sarnano
- Take a day trip to San Marino, Ravenna, or even Rome (4 hours’ drive – perfect on a Sunday!)
- Visit local wineries with their Lacrima and Verdicchio, such as our neighbor 'Mario Lucchetti' or 'Vicari', or discover other grape varieties at Azienda Agraria Guerrieri in Terre Roveresche (with tasting and tour)
- Discover Monte Conero and the coastal villages of Sirolo and Numana, perfect for a day at the sea and sun. Dine on the beach at 'Da Giacchetti' in Portonovo.
- In the early evening, go to Jesi and discover the old town with its local restaurants 'Dietro le Quinte' or 'Il Gatto Matto'.
