"This motel is under new management and they are every bit as friendley and efficient as before. It is the perfacet place for tradies and business travellers. Just be careful parking - space is limited but there is close off-street parking iof necessary."

"All of the staff were great, the location is lovely and the room was acceptable. Unfortunately the rooms are showing the age of the building. There appeared to be EV trickle charging in the paid parking that the hotel was ok with people using which is a great initiative. Ideas for improvement are making it easier to book a discounted hot springs visit; because I wanted to make sure I got a spot I booked in advance and so missed out on the discount by being a hotel guest, I also paid for a towel that is meant to be free for hotel guests; no offer to remedy either of these was made."

"A lovely house for get together event especially celebrating birthdays etc. great position and comfortable and several lounge and terraces to enjoy. I have been here for a special birthday with family and also with friends.Pool was enjoyed by several people"

"Well priced, well appointed and convenient. We were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, which is really large, great facilities and would be ideal for a family of 4 or 5. Would happily stay there again"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was lovely and presented well, in a quiet location with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed in Family Cabin 15 and had a couple of minor issues. The door lock was quite difficult to open, and some of the sheets folded on the bunk beds were unfortunately dirty. Thankfully, we only needed to use one of the beds, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would happily return."
