"On our 2nd and final night we returned at 22h30 to find a faulty door lock so could not enter the apartment. Tried calling agent but no answer just a message saying ti call a certain number. It was the same number so what was the point of that message! So had to find a hotel late at night and had only clothes we were stood up in. "I had an amazing stay at this beautiful flat! The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the local attractions by tram. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view, which made my mornings and evenings truly special. The host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"

"The house was super cozy, we stayed for two weeks and we visit all the most beautiful cities on the French Riviera! The owner , Jocelyne , was very nice to us, she don't speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate.. luckily my partner studied some French at school so we managed to communicate somehow! Fantastic holiday, Nice is fabulous !"

"Absolutely LOVED the studio apartment with the most amazing view. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and quiet. It was wonderful to comeback every day from our day trips to this tranquil villa with spacious green spaces and sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Parking space on the property is included which is a bonus. We walked or took the train most days. It is a bit of a steep walk from town to the villa but doable."

"Unfortunately I slipped in the shower, as I fell I had hold of the shower regulator, it turned to hot and I ended up with quite severe scalds to the back of my head and right side of my back at shoulder level. There is no warning in the apartment that the water could get so hot. Apart from the above the apartment was very nice and served our needs well"

"Great location in the heart of old Town. Tons of shops, restaurants, markets and short walk to the beach. etc. Our balcony overlooked the Piazza rosetti and the church. Charming place to be. Recommend it to anybody wanting to experience Old Town charm!"

You have an unbeatable ocean view with a 5 minute walk to a public beach and you are located right next to the airport and a tram line that goes straight downtown. It was a perfect way to experience all the city has to offer."

"I had a great stay! Apartment was big, clean and as described. The location was good and the check in / check out process super easy. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning does not cool the apartment very much, but that didn't bother me."

"The apartment was in a great area, close to the train station and many restaurants! It has a huge terrace which we had alfresco dining on many times! Malin, the property manager, was fantastic! She was always a phone call away if we needed anything, which we never did! The apartment is also very secure and since we ate in a lot, the Nice Rossini Grocery store across the street came in very handy! We stayed at the apartment for three weeks and could have stayed another three weeks! Thank you...
