The room was nice and clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. The only fault was that there was no electric blankets on the beds, no light over the tea & coffee area and pain chips on the cupboards.

Pillows way too hard for our liking. Showers ran hot and cold when there were other users and sometimes down to a trickle. Meals in the bistro were great but the bar area very average and slow.

Ibstay here for business regularly and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are renovated and alway clean. Having the hotel onsite for food and entertainment is just perfect.
