"Well, we were delayed getting there because of a major traffic accident. The manager left a key out for us and we found our dome easily. The bathroom was right there, was very clean, and very private. Unfortunately, the battery in the remote control for the heater was dead. By some stroke of luck, my husband found a Triple A battery in his truck. But the heater only blew out cold air all night, so we turned if off. Without having someone to call to fix it or ask for extra blankets, we spent the most freezing cold night of our lives. At one point, we put our jackets on. LOL. It would have been nice if there was someone to call, or if we could have moved domes. The next day, the manager was not that friendly. She offered us a free battery to replace the one my husband used, LOL. No apologies for the freezing cold dome, etc. Having said that, we really liked the property. I wish we could have gotten helped and enjoyed our dome. We would give the property another chance if there was actually someone to call when things go wrong."

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It’s super secluded and great for folks wanting to hit the Sand Dunes or have a few nights away where you can stargaze.The property was well stocked with kitchen supplies, which was a nice touch given how secluded it is — great to have everything you need for cooking and meals. Having full laundry access was a big plus too. The beds were comfortable if you like a firmer mattress.A few things to know before you go: there’s no AC, so bring your own fan if you want one (there are a couple in the bedrooms, but more would help). Nights stay cool in summer, but days can get quite hot. There are also loose dogs next door, so keep that in mind if you have a reactive dog, and watch your step in the backyard — there’s a fair amount of dog poop back there.Overall, a great property, and we’d recommend it."
