Sehr schöne Anlage

Waren zu viert (Mutter Vater Kind 1,5j Kind 4 Monate) die Anlage liegt etwas erhöht in den Bergen ca 250m. Schön angelegt mit Terrassen jedoch fĂŒr Kleinkinder mangels fehlender Absturzsicherungen nicht uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter zu empfehlen. Was auch der einzigste negative Punkt fĂŒr uns war. Der Hausherr spricht gut deutsch und war sehr bemĂŒht einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Gleich bei der Anreise hat er fĂŒr die ganze Familie frischen Fisch gegrillt. Wir hatten eine Klasse Zeit.

Schöne Aussicht,ruhige Lage

Ein rundum schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.Etwas außerhalb, aber nur ca.15min.von Moscenika Draga entfernt. Herrlicher Ausblick aufs Meer. Gute Infrastruktur in der NĂ€he.Lovran,Opatija,Rijeka und die kleineren Orte sind einen Aufenthalt wert. Auch fĂŒr unsere HĂŒndin eine ideale Unterkunft. (GelĂ€nde nicht eingezĂ€unt, zu beachten bei FreigĂ€nger die gerne Streunern). Waren bereits das zweite Mal

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit ...

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit super tollem Meerblick. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Strand und Ausflugsziele schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tolle Vermieter, die immer nett und hilfsbereit sind, jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Gute VerstĂ€ndigung mit dem auch deutschsprachigen Vermieter. Wir haben bereits unseren nĂ€chsten Urlaub dort wieder gebucht. Reisetipps: Gute Ausflugsziele sind Rabac und Moscenicka Draga. FĂŒr den großen Einkauf Lidl in Labin und Spar in Opatia. FĂŒr den TĂ€glichen Bedarf ist ein Konzum-Markt in Moscenicka Draga. Der Strand hat uns am besten in Moscenicka Draga gefallen.

Ein Erholungsort

Diese Ferienwohnung ist fĂŒr Mieter, welche nicht ganz so hohe AnsprĂŒche haben, sie ist recht einfach, aber funktionell eingerichtet - es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Der Grundriss ist im Inserat etwas verwirrend beschrieben. Die Dachgeschosswohnung hat ĂŒber eine kleine "BrĂŒcke" einen separaten Eingang. Man kommt in einen rechteckigen Flur, dort ist die Klima. Es gehen von diesem dann einmal ein Wohnzimmer mit Duschbad und Schlafzimmer ab und direkt daneben geht vom Flur die KĂŒche mit einem Duschbad und dem 2. Schlafzimmer ab. Beide Schlafzimmer haben knarrende Parkettböden und auch knarrende aber große Betten. Die Außenanlage ist super, sehr gemĂŒtlich und genauso wie beschrieben. Ganz in der NĂ€he finden Wanderfreudige auch schöne Wege, denn wirklich nicht weit von der Wohnung beginnt schon ein Nationalpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit einem Auto/Roller schnell und gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten uns gut erholen, Sonne und vor allem neue Energie tanken. Das einzigst unschöne, wofĂŒr der Vermieter aber nichts kann, sind die Stech-Insekten im August ab ca. 17h. Wenn man nichts adĂ€quates dagegen dabei hat, ist es nicht möglich, abends gemĂŒtlich unter der schönen mit Weintrauben behangenden Terrasse zu grillen und noch etwas zu sitzen.

Phantastisch gelegene Ferienwo...

Phantastisch gelegene Ferienwohnung mit super schönem Meerblick.Leider ist der POOL viel kleiner als in der Beschreibung ( ca 0,80 tief 4.50 rund) . Die Betten wĂŒrden sich ĂŒber neue Matratzen freuen aber insgesamt gutes Preis LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis.NĂ€chsterStrand in Brsec leider mit dem Auto schwer zu erreichen , gute StrĂ€nde ca. 45 min. mit dem Auto.

Nette Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und sprachen auch deutsch. Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, die Bilder und Beschreibung passen. Leider gibt es aber keine Waschmaschine und der Pool ist in der Vorsaison noch nicht gefĂŒllt.
