"If you have kids this would be nice. However it is an older condo. One of my guests has recations to mold and definitely didn't have a good time in that reguards. Would be good for young families or young adults. Lots for kids to do. Wouldn't recommend for older crowd. It was my first air b-n-b so take it as it is. "
