"Great location and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room itself was ok, a bit tired and in need of a refresh, it was clean and the bed comfy. I’d say breakfast wasn’t cooked to order purely by the speed it appeared, it was standard English breakfast, though felt one rasher of bacon and one sausage was a bit of a poor show, when you generally get two of each of those items elsewhere. It was however decent quality. The selection of cereals and pastries was good, the Greek yoghurt creamy, the croissants were a tad small. Overall cost, location, amenities and staff mean I’d stay again"

"We are a family of 5 so had to book 2 rooms. They managed to allocate rooms close to each other. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The reception was manned at full level at 23:30, which was very impressive. The staff were excellent. The building & amenities look a bit dated, but for the price we paid, we can’t complain. Will stay there again if needed."

"We arrived at what looked like a derelict house and had to check we had the correct address. On entry it was not obvious where to go and had to shout into the kitchen where a lady then showed us to our room. Basic does not even come close to describing it. We accepted tge key then walked straight back to the car to book a hotel 3 mikes away then dropped the key off later. I feel the images are deceptive and if a view of the front of the property was available then no one would book. Avoid!"

"The facilities were really good. The bed was so comfortable lovely hand and shower wash. Food was excellent so much choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond when I left something behind in my room they safely packaged it for me to return. 5 star service. "
