The hotel was amazing, such as the staff! The only thing, we had an early flight from Leknes, so please plan ahead,as there are road closures, the Nappstraumtunnelen (undersea road tunnel) in Lofoten, has nightly closures (11 PM - 6 AM) until late 2027 for upgrades, with limited convoys at midnight & 3 AM, and daytime delays due to traffic control; there's no alternative route, so use the Vegvesen app or Statens vegvesen website for live updates before traveling.

Bed was very soft, I prefer a more firm mattress. staff not engaging/friendly, breakfast was nothing special, no where to put your belongings - no shelves, draws, wardrobe. Rooms were clean and bathroom spacious. Scent of bathroom products was pungent.

Amazing experience staying at the Tide Hotel! Breathtaking views from the corner room overlooking the harbor! Breakfast is simply outstanding! We were the only guests staying during off leak season, but they still offered full buffet style breakfast for just the two of us! Very high quality food freshly cooked at a time we wanted. For the morning we need to leave early, they organised packed breakfast for us and once again, everything was so perfect! We travel a lot and stayed at countless hotels, this was one of the best experiences we’ve had and we highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Lofoten!

Mooie kamer. Groot comfortabel bed. Mooi en goed restaurant met fraai uitzicht op het water. Zeer vriendelijk personeel Uitstekend ontbijt. Één minpunt althans voor mij was de kwaliteit van de koffie bij het ontbijt. Koffie uit thermoskan en erg slap.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten von hier alle Ausflüge auf den südlichen Lofoten sehr gut unternehmen (Reinebringen, Kvalvika, Ramberg, Nusfjord). Besonders beim Reinebringen kommt es darauf an, früh an den kostenlosen Parkplätzen zu sein und vom Hotel sind es quasi 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es würde auch noch ein Bus vor dem Hotel abfahren, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Vergleichbare Rorbuer haben ein ähnlich hohes Preisnvieau und hier haben wir ein Frühstück für unsere Familie bekommen. Dennoch haben die Unterkünfte rund um Reine noch einmal ein eigenes Niveau oberhalb des normalen norwegischen Preisverhältnisses.Ein Supermarkt ist 300m entfernt. Nach A könnte man zu Fuß gehen.

Das Zimmer war schön gross, leider gab es nur einen kleinen Tisch. In unserem Zimmer ging das Fenster wegen dem Brandschutz nicht auf. Sowas sollte im Vorwege gesagt werden. Bett war Top und Badezimmer auch alles stimmig. Der Essbereich war sehr schick eingerichtet. Preise aber entsprechend hoch. Wir waren 40 Minuten zu früh da und man wollte 20 Euro mehr, wenn wir schon früher ins Zimmer wollen. Sowas ist überflüssig. Personal war am zweiten Tag höflicher als am ersten Tag. Von 0:00 bis 7:30 konnte man nicht mit dem Fahrstuhl nach unten fahren, weil der Empfang und das Restaurant geschlossen sind. Für körperlich beeinträchtigte etwas schwierig. Nur über eine Aussentreppe kommt man dann aus dem Hotel raus. Preis ist sehr hoch und mit Metropolen zu vergleichen. Steht aber nicht im Verhältnis.
