"Exceptional. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed at in over 40 years of travelling. The suites are huge and immaculate. The service is wonderful from breakfast to the turn down service in the evening with fruit and chocolates. The staff are all friendly and helpful in arranging taxis , the airport pickup and the hammam. "Staff was very helpful, they all spoke English very well too which was convenient. The place is very nice, well maintained, and easy to get around/to the Medina market. We had dinner at the roof top restaurant and the food was delicious."

"The room was very well decorate, spacious, and clean. The staff was what made this a wonderful hotel. They went out of their way to make us feel right at home. They scheduled a taxi pickup and drop off from the airport, contacted a doctor to visit my sick daughter in the hotel, gave us advice on things to see in Tunis; plus many other things. The breakfast was fantastic. It is located in the medina and you can easily walk to all the sites. Definitely stay here if you visit Tunis."
