room was wonderful as well as dinner at the rooftop restaurant.... breakfast was OK....same offerings every day.... eggs were good, but buffet was fair....the pool has no real seating around it...more lounges would be nice....staff is fist class in hotel and rooftop restaurant... we left the fine restaurant.... no English menu and Google translate wasn't helpful...waiter was rude...the tub and showers area in the room needs new ,clean grout....the hammem was clean and we enjoyed our treatments....all in all a lovely stay....

I had a late night check in and when I woke up, the hallway was wet due to an AC malfunction. The staff immediately took care of it and moved me to another room. To compensate for the inconvenience, I was offered a complimentary massage. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa was relaxing. The gift shop is also really cute. I loved it so much, I extended my stay for one more night. I hope to come back again with my family. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dar el Jeld hotel It is a beautiful propery in the heart of Tunis. The Medina is a great experience The room was beautiful and spacious. All amenities were as desired. The breakfast was the best with omelets and sparkling win The terrace for dining looks over the city and had excellent food. A very active meeting point for guests. The staff were always available and helped me as traveling alone Lively experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The hammam experience was truly the highlight—it was exceptional and one of the best I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Staff were super helpful, especially when I twisted my ankle and security went to the pharmacy to pick me up some analgesia. 5th floor staff always friendly and welcoming for breakfast etc and drinks on the beautiful terrace. Our suite was spectacular. The only issue was the slow shower drain and I’ll-fitting door that we had to take care with not to flood the bathroom.

We had a lovely stay, the only bad thing was that it was too short! The hotel is beautiful inside, our suite was lovely, the staff were very friendly and very attentive. We had a nice lunch at the rooftop and ordered breakfast to our room, which was a appreciated service since we had to leave for a flight in the morning. It was very close to the Medina with shops and cafes. We had a nice stroll around and also had dinner at a restaurant with local cuisine. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The deluxe room my Mother and I shared was enormous and beautiful. It was about 120 square meters big. Suite 18. My Mom enjoyed a facial at the spa at an excellent rate and the property grounds were flawless in every way. The staff was welcoming and courteous and made us feel right at home 🙏

Exceptional. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed at in over 40 years of travelling. The suites are huge and immaculate. The service is wonderful from breakfast to the turn down service in the evening with fruit and chocolates. The staff are all friendly and helpful in arranging taxis , the airport pickup and the hammam. It’s in a perfect location for exploring the medina with some fantastic restaurants around.We were there for a week and throughly enjoyed it, we highly recommend Dar El Jeld when in Tunis.
