"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was under construction at the time but everything was very clean and quiet. The location could not be better being at the harbor - 1 minute walk to Foynhagen, great restaurants, and quick 15-minute walk either to Slottsfjellet or the train station. We will happily return."

"The property could not have been better. The host was available for any questions and actually reached out to ensure we were comfortable. The view and location was mesmerizing as we sat on the deck and watched the Horton Ferries cruise past. A quick 100M walk to a swimming beach that was perfect and jogging/ bike trails. Public transit was just down the hill and the cab service was door step. A 10 minute walk through a gorgeous neighbor hood or Fjord side to charming cafes and shops. We will be coming back! "The room was lovely and spacious and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. There is a great choice for breakfast. The hotel is in the centre of town, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and ferry port."

"It would be nice to have AC option even though it’s Norway. The window was hard to keep open when needing air. The room became stuffy. The bathroom could use a fan for venting while showering and an outlet for plugging in necessary flat iron, or whatever. The beds were odd. Only a thin topper, although comfortable, but wasn’t secured to bed and moved a lot. Sheets were not fitted causing them to shift a lot when sleeping and becoming bunched up. Breakfast options amazing!!! Great stay! "

"We’ve just enjoyed a few days at this beautiful hotel, what a find!! Moss is being heavily invested in as an area and as a result we enjoyed a stunning hotel, the spa was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff were really helpful, polite and accommodating to us and our young family. I cannot recommend enough for a few days on a Fijord near Oslo. We’ve stayed in lots of luxury hotels around the world and this one is up there with one of the best. Thank you for such a great time. "The location of this hotel is great! Few food options open, but it was during the off season so it was expected. The hotel's food was still great though! I can imagine this hotel during the peak season is very busy - if we ever go back to visit we will make sure to stay here!"

"The hotel is ubdwrgoing rennovation (it will be completely closed from January for the instsllation of new lifts) but in the room we couldn't hear any noise at all. Parts of the floor near the building works had protective covering but the fully open areas wete lovely. Staff were friendly and friendly (especially to restaurant manager), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the room was big enough to have a separate 'lounge area' with a sofa and table. Highly recommended. "
