"We loved this hotel for our weekend stay and will definitely return on our next trip to San Francisco. The staff was very nice and helpful, when we needed it. The free breakfast isn't much but it was perfect for us with the various pastries and coffee. They have a water bottle refill station, which is a nice feature. They also have games to play in the lounge like darts and pool at no charge. The location was good and the walk to the nearest bus is only about a 5 minute walk. Now for the nits (and they are nits)...the bar was not open at all during our stay. When I asked for the hours, the hotel worker said it isn't open because they don't have a bartender currently. There are many places around the hotel to grab a drink, so it wasn't a big deal. Another nit was the design of our particular room. I don't know if others are built this way, so I will only speak for room 611. The tall tub/shower is very close to the toilet and sink so there is very little room to get in and out. Overall, we would definitely return for a future stay."

"全てにおいてとても素晴らしいホテルです。 フロントデスクで働かれているエドワルドさんとエリザベスさん方々とても素晴らしく人格者です。毎2ヶ月ごとにこのホテルを利用してますが、一度も問題が有った事はありません。ただ一つだけ懸念があるのはカンパイラウンジで働けれているフロアーマネージャーの人です。過去に2度手違いやトラブルがありました。彼は昨夜も働いていました。デザート🍰と美味しいコーヒーを楽しんでいましたが、何故かいきなり私に対して、コーヒーをお持ち帰りにしますか？と意味不明な事を尋ねられました。非常にびっくりしましたし、失礼で無礼極まりない人なんだと自身も驚愕したところですが。彼はこの素晴らしいホテルのグレードを下げてます。正直なところ何故この様な人間がこの素晴らしいホテルで、しかもマネジャーポシションにいるのか⁉️理解に苦しみます。 フロントデスクのエドワルドさんとエリザベスさんには本当に感謝の言葉でいっぱいです！ 滞在中色々とお世話になり、ありがとうございました😊。"
