Experience breathtaking sunrises over the turquoise waters of the Caribbean right from your private patio. Just a few steps take you to the heated infinity pool, hot tub, and deluxe pool deck, featuring lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables. Beyond the pool’s edge lies a pristine beach stretching for miles in each direction, with the famous blue waters that keep visitors returning.

Our unbeatable location is just over a mile from the airport and only 15 minutes north of Georgetown. We're also a few miles south of Grand Isle Resort, offering a variety of dining options.

A remodel of the property is underway, including updates to flooring, paint, and fixtures. Check back in November for updated photos!

Villa Features
Our spacious two-story villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with stunning ocean views from the moment you step inside. The private patio includes lounge seating and a dining table, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The open-plan main floor features a large dining table, a comfortable living room with a smart TV and DVD player, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a full-size oven and range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and ample tableware and cookware.

A half bath is located on the main level, along with a spacious bedroom that includes an ensuite bathroom, a queen bed, and a twin/twin daybed.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms:

The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, an ocean-facing deck, and a large ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and ocean views.
The third bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a separate vanity area.

Internet and TV services can be unpredictable, but we have an on-site generator that provides near-instant power during outages.

The property literally had everything we needed. The on site ice machine was amazing to have! We had a couple hiccups with the appliances and the maintenance guy came almost immediately to help out.

The location was great - central to everything and very close to the airport. The owner and caretakers were very friendly and helpful!! It was spacious and had everything we needed. A piece of paradise

The property was the perfect location for our stay in the Bahamas. It’s close to the airport and in the middle of the island, making drives to the different beaches accessible. The space is well maintained and as described. The outdoor area is everything a family can hope for on vacation; picture perfect view of the turquoise ocean, the large infinity edge pool, large outdoor space and patio with large dinner table. It was the perfect home away from home.

Awesome place!

This location at Jimmy Hill Exuma is perfect! The condo is spectacular and just like the pictures. The pool area and grounds are beautiful and well cared for by the property manager. The best part of this place though is the beach! Staying steps from this beautiful beach was heaven on earth for me and my family! We will definitely be back

Island Getaway

We have rented with Tom in the past and this is our go-to place in the Bahamas. The combination of the beautiful interior, space, yard, pool, hot tub all well maintained. Wonderful beach with very little traffic. Close to the airport and George Town and the smaller enclaves make it very convenient. Top notch! Thank you so much for the great memories. The property could not have been any better. We went in the off season so we had a pool, hot-tub and beach all to our selves. The property manager Norman was on site and very helpful. We had a AC problem and he got it fixed the same day we contacted him. Tom the owner was also very helpful. We are planning to return next year. Great Time!

Best Vacation Ever

Wow. No words to describe everything about this trip. The townhouse is conveniently located 5 min from the airport. The moment you walk in you become mesmerized by the views. Wonderful stay for extended family of 9. Nephew broke his foot a week prior to vacation so it was nice to have a downstairs bedroom and full bath and a pool (not just the beach). Hung out every night on porch playing card games- no bugs and perfectly pleasant. Porch was also used for morning coffee. Enjoyed nice long walks on the beach and jumping in the waves in the ocean. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach towels for everyone.

Great stay, great location!

This condo was perfect for our stay! Amazing location, central to everything and so close to the airport. The beach is beautiful - not super calm while we were there, but clean, beautiful blue water, and you can walk forever. The pool, hot tub and grounds are immaculately kept up. Norm, the property manager, is there to help with anything you need. Plenty of space for our group of 6. We were worried about the lack of privacy and considered renting a private home instead, but it was honestly never an issue. There were only a few other condos occupied during our stay and everyone we met was very nice. It was like having a very small hotel almost entirely to yourself. Would definitely recommend.

The beach is absolutely beautiful! The convenience of the pool, hot tub, beach and condo, all located so close to each other making it easy to move back and forth made this place the perfect place to stay for all ages! We got in early, the lady cleaning let us store our stuff in a room while we went out and about waiting for the check in time. Looking forward to going back one day!

WOW this was GREAT!

Our family of kids, spouses and grandkids (Ages 1-15!) completely enjoyed our stay at the condo! What a real gem. Tom the host was amazingly welcoming and responsive, even answering our questions months in advance of our stay. The unit was perfect for our needs. The accommodations are generous and met our needs well. The place was clean and spacious and well-kept.The family REALLY enjoyed the pool, along with the seaside setting. This unit is in the center of the complex and sitting on the lanai you get the best view of the pool and the surf beyond. We even saw a pod of whales on morning from the lanai! The kiddos even got to sample the coconut water from coconuts plucked from the palms on site by the gardener!From the unit itself, to the location and management of the unit, you'll be hard pressed to find a better listing than this one. It was everything we expected and more! Thank you Tom for sharing your wonderful home with us. Our family will remember our time there for many many years! Cheers!
