"Everything. The apartment was spatious and well appointed. The bathroom floor was warm and the bathroom was large. Breakfast was comfortable and abundant. The location was near the University Hospital where my friend was having surgery."

Of course, we were able to go out and buy some, but it would have been nice, arriving in the room late in the evening, not to have to go out again to pick some up. "

The shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the shower was just about empty, we had to ask for a replacement (this has happened before when we’ve stayed, perhaps a spare could be left in the room?)"
