"The front desk staff was the same person to check us in and out the next morning. She was very personable and nice. The room was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was fantastic. Breakfast was fresh and very good with lots of choices and plenty for all the guests. It was a great stay, will stay again for next year's visit to Waco."

"Now this hotel knows what good southern hospitality is. My room was huge, clean, spacious and comfortable. They offered an amazing selection for the breakfast. I am gluten-free and they even have a gluten-free bagel available. The breakfast spread included, toast, bagel, eggs, sausage, sliced cheese, waffle maker, cereal and different juices. I did not arrive until after midnight and my check-in was fast and easy. If I ever had to go to Temple, Tx again, this would definitely be the place I’m staying in."

"Great staff. Very professional. Only concern was housekeeping had mopped the elevator but no signs were put down in front of the elevator nor on the elevator itself. I slipped down onto my knees but caught myself. You need to caution your staff to prevent guest injuries."
