"magenta company overcharged 50 euros because they said we did not pay for 4 guests, which we did in VRBO. shower broken, water heater broken, only one light working in each room, washing machine broken, front door of building did not close and it has to be closed with a rock! very unsafe! building smell like cat pee, poorly equipped kitchen, no assistance in check in. "Traumhaft schön gelegene Unterkunft. Elena die Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus aber man kann in Ruhe seinen Urlaub genießen, weiß aber das immer jemand da ist wenn man etwas braucht. "This rental is magical! When I walked in the view took my breath away. Giusi is an angel. The apartment was spotless and well cared for. "We spent a week in this apartment and found it an ideal base for local outings, including Taormina and Etna. Forza d'Agro is a bit like a hill-top Sicilian St Ives - all tiny alleys and steep streets and stairs, with excellent restaurants. The chocolate museum was pretty original too!
