The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....

We booked a room in the Rock annex. It was an entire, fully equipped apartment. The Rock annex is located across the street and down about one block from the main hotel. To be honest, other than doing the initial checkin and a walk around, we never went to the main hotel building. The pool is located there and there is a small bar. Our stay at Medousa Suites was wonderful. It is located right outside of the main entrance to Corso Umberto/Main Street through Taormina making it a prime location. The room had a beautiful balcony with views of the water and Mt.Etna. The room itself was clean, bed was comfy, and we had a very nice coffee machine. Staff were great!
