"Hotel was spotlessly clean. Very cute hotel with a lovely roof terrace. The room was bright and modern, it was very warm but it did have air conditioning. Shower over the bath was a bit of a pain, could only have very limited pressure otherwise the shower head shot back and covered everywhere in water. Room very well equipped with nice selection of teas and pod coffee maker. Handy storage area for suitcase including hanging space, but could have done with an iron in the room. "

"A person got stuck in the lift. They moved our room, without being asked which was very aware. The breakfasts were good, and the evening menu was reasonable. Parking was easy, and the location was perfect."

"The hotel was perfectly located for our visit to a concert at the O2 arena. Just 1 stop on the Jubilee Line and directly opposite the exit to the underground station. Ground floor bar/restaurant also served as the reception. Rooms and bathrooms were fresh, modern, clean and very quiet. I did not hear anyone in the adjacent rooms or corridors. Breakfast was good. I would definately recommend and stay again."

"Perfect place to stay after attending an event at the O2. The hotel is beautifully decorated, ideal location and very quiet at night. There is a private walkway into the O2 as well as a short walk to the Thames Clipper and underground station"

"This was a great location for us to attend a concert at the O2. Very nice hotel, warm welcome and complimentary upgrade to one bedroom suite as 3 of us staying. Cute coffee shop across the road which we used as didn’t have breakfast included in our stay. "
