I was very happy with location, its 1 minute walk from Jubilee lane and DLR. Easy to get around, Starbucks and Pret next door, Hotel has nice rest area with bar available 24/7 , clean rooms sound isolated. Staff helped and printed me some papers. Very good customer service. I would comeback again.

Good hotel. Great value for money. Perfect location if you are visiting the O2 area. Right by canning station and loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby but also the hotel had loads to offer for food and drink too. Room was a little small but as expected with a standard ibis double room. Great hotel.

This was a great choice for a place to stay while attending a large conference at the ExCel centre. It is convenient to both instructions and overground rail lines. The attached bistro is open late. The time are more than adequate and very clean. I would return without hesitation
