"As I was stuck in evening traffic, I almost missed the manned check-in time which was 18:00. However, I noticed I got reminder messages sent to me through multiple channels such as emails, SMS and Expedia, it was a kind reminder telling me how I can pick up my key card after office hours. At the end I made it on time, so I got to meet with the receptionist and he offered me free milk for my drinks in the room too, very considerate."
