At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area.
While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Great place to stay. Close to a beautiful river and close to all amenities. Would definitely recommend

Quiet country cottage

Thsi place is amazing!! Ms. Karen is a wonderful host and got us out of a pickle when the keys got locked into the cottage! The place has all the needs of a quiet get away within a little neighborhood. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay, you will not be disappointed

Heaven on Earth

Laneway Cottage is the most special spot I have come across from all my years of travel both within New Zealand and abroad. The owner is extremely easy to deal with and her standards of property care are of international standard.Laneway Cottage has a unique aura that captivated every one of my senses. From the stunning bird sounds to the spectacular view and proximity to a magical river and swimming spot I can't wait to return to this special retreat of magic. The cottage itself has everything required for a weeks stay and is impeccably furnished and clean. I can't wait to return. Thankyou Karen.
