"Big spacious suite and balcony. The toilet is a bit of a “cramped area”. You come to stay here and you relax immediately. It’s so calm and pleasant. The pool is huge and the area is very nice and so quiet. It’s an oasis. All the staff was so nice and friendly and helpful except for the checkout. The lady was not smiling, didn’t ask how our stay was (4 night stay) and when we asked if we could change 200 MAD she just said no we can’t do it. I would’ve expected her to say let me see if a boutique might be able to change it for you or tell us where we could go to change it. But no, she didn’t offer any solution. And no nice goodbye. It felt rushed is so very different than what we experienced the days before. So it left a bit of a sour taste to what was a very sweet stay. So I would say- it’s an oasis and you will feel relaxed just walking in. The pool area was the best and the staff in the pool area were very nice. The food is overpriced. The room- we had a suite was perfect. I’ve never slept so good, you can’t hear a thing and bed is very comfortable."

"Really enjoyed this Riad! Great location. They cleaned our room, were incredibly helpful with navigating and understanding the city, the room was great in all parts. Our airport transfer was also great and a very kind man. We definitely recommend this Riad, especially for someone visiting Marrakesh for the first time."

"What a jewel of a place among so many Riads to choose from. They pick you up from the airport and bring you right to the Riad so you don’t have to find it inside the Medina. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. While they check you in, a little Moroccan tea and an almond delicacy. Room is small but very comfortable and has everything. AC, tea, water, some peaches all charming and well above my expectations for the price of the room. The best is their jazz band playing at their restaurant Arabe and their roof top patio La Pergola which is bustling with life in the open sky air. Both staff and food were great. It was a very pleasant experience. Soram the manager made our check out great by showing us a map and where to go, offering guide or taxi services and keeping our luggage until we came back. I would go again as it made our coming to Marrakesh for the first time not stressful at all. They’re very simpatico"

"We had a wonderful stay. It's a different experience from a hotel and one that I preferred. The people who worked there went above and beyond to help us navigate Marrakech, arrange transportation and any activities, and were just flexible and hospitable. A very personalized experience. The property is so beautiful as well. I definitely recommend to anyone."

"Beautiful, unique hotel with charming antique décor. Zoro and Abdo were amazing. Zorro welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived, made us feel comfortable right away, gave us a tour of the property, and was always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in the heart of the Medina. While that’s perfect for many travelers, I personally would choose to stay outside the Medina next time. That’s just my preference, not a reflection of the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel"
