"Excellent staff and service. We reached around midnight after a long drive through a storm. After check in, staff offered refreshing tea and dinner and did not charge us. The staff provided fresh fruits, dates and nuts and several water bottles daily. Breakfast was good but same every day. "

Reda was the most welcoming host, who gave us so many tips, advice and local knowledge as well as making us laugh each day. "Absolutely my new favorite hotel. The architecture and interiors of El Fenn are outstanding, and the service is amazing. We arranged airport pickup in advance, then escorted directly to the hotel which is convenient to all restaurants and sights within the Medina. We arrived early (like 7am) and as our rooms were not yet available, we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop and after a tour of the property, were given a large suite to rest and freshen up. The staff was always available and were helpful to arrange a car service, hammam appointments, a tour guide, and answer all of our questions. Our room was comfortable and clean, and especially cozy with a small fire every evening before bed. The children had a smaller room, but it also had a fireplace, large bathroom, and the WiFi was excellent (teenagers). They have thought of all the little details at El Fenn that make a hotel experience exceptional. "

"Beautiful boutique Riad managed by fantastic, personable and very helpful staff. Super responsive and accommodating by email also. I cannot emphasise how kind and helpful they were with my partner and myself. Beautiful open terrace for breakfast too! Bliss is also central and a 5-10 min walk from all the medina sights (the Secret Jardin is literally outside) and great restaurants/cafes mere minutes away. Highly recommend. "

"The room was stunning, spotless and warm. The staff are the kindest and most helpful staff I have ever met. The Riad is beautiful and so quiet but within a short distance of the medina. This place is faultless. Breakfast, which is served on the roof terrace, is different every day but always delicious and plentiful. 10/10 for everything. "

"Riad Dar Justo is a calm oasis right in the middle of the Medina’s chaos. The room was very comfortable and had a heating option, which was much appreciated as we visited in December when the weather was slightly cold. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were genuinely warm and lovely. We also had dinner at the rooftop restaurant one evening — the food was excellent and made for a really memorable experience."
