"The staff is sooooooooo amazing. Unfortunately, we had a room that was close to a smoking stand and our room had a gap in the door that made our room fill with smoke. The staff were kind and brought our bags through the Medina. Was easy check in and the Facilites were great. We had tea by the pool almost every night and it felt like an oasis from the hustle. "

My only suggestion for improvement would be to either switch up the music played in the public areas of the riad, or not play music at all. It felt like we heard the same track every day. But that’s a very minor criticism; everything else was wonderful."

"Gorgeous riad in a great location. Area around is really nice and and walkable to everything worth seeing in the city. Felt safe in and around the road as a solo female traveller. Staff were great, rooftop was gorgeous and room was clean and comfortable with a fab bathroom!"

The level of considerate service was insurpassable, way beyond the strict calls of duty. We had several dinners in the hotel and the food was superb. "Excellent customer service and lovely family friendly rooms! We stayed as a family or five and had enough space in the family room to move around. The only downside was the poor ventilation in the rooms however I appreciate that this is a very old building. Regardless, this day exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay again. "
