"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "

The level of considerate service was insurpassable, way beyond the strict calls of duty. We had several dinners in the hotel and the food was superb. The breakfast was memorable - delicious, unique and traditional, and served to us on the balcony above the courtyard. I was expecting something unique. This is what we got, even above expectation."

"Excellent customer service and lovely family friendly rooms! We stayed as a family or five and had enough space in the family room to move around. The only downside was the poor ventilation in the rooms however I appreciate that this is a very old building. Regardless, this day exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay again. "
