"Stayed here with family. Booked a suite. THE GOOD 1. The room was absolutely massive. Haven’t stayed in a bigger room. There were two bathrooms in the room and a very generous size balcony 2. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help out 3. Very near to a mall with a big carrefour and other food outlets like kfc and Burger King 4. "This riad was a complete gem within the Medina! The staff was over the top wonderful (shoutout to Said who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome). The included breakfast is wonderful, the location is great because it is slightly more quiet while still being right in the middle of things. Highly recommend."

"We loved our stay from the moment we arrived. You're greeted at the gate, bags carried for you! They learn your names and room number pretty quickly so don't need to keep checking when you're booking a taxi or booking dinner etc. All the staff are so lovely. Breakfast by the pool each morning is great. Fresh fruit, eggs how you want them etc. Special shout out to Youseff who is so smiley and friendly. The staff here really are so ready to help you or offer you something before you need to ask. The rooms are lovely and clean, comfy beds. Can't fault it. Really easy to get taxis back from the Medina. We'd seen the restaurant featured on the TV show Remarkable Places To Eat and we wanted to eat there every night. Can't wait to visit again in the future! "

"Incredible stay for 5 nights in the Crocodile suite. This was a trip for our 10th wedding anniversary as well as my husbands birthday and the hotel staff made us feel so special. Nothing was too much to ask, every aspect of your needs is already thought of and the building, staff and amenities are better than 5*! We had breakfast by the pool every day as well as dinner at the restaurant twice and each time the food was out of this world, with perfect recommendations being provided by the waiters too. Shukran to all of the staff and we will see you again!"

"The rooms felt a little outdated and could benefit from modernisation. Our shower leaked, and the room missed a coffee table. The swimming pool required an additional charge, which was disappointing given it was off-season. The breakfast buffet was very limited the waffle and crepe machine was out of order for our entire stay, and the fruit was never replenished. Considering all of this and the price paid, I did not feel the stay was worth it."
