The Riad itself is stunning—elegantly designed, beautifully maintained, and filled with authentic Moroccan charm. Every corner felt peaceful and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day exploring the vibrant city. Despite its central location, just a short walk from key attractions, it was quiet, serene, and private—a rare find in Marrakech. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service. The team went above and beyond—meeting us on arrival, offering great advice, answering every question with care, organizing excursions and transport with ease and professionalism, and making us always feel safe and welcomed. It felt like we were staying with friends who genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. We left feeling not only relaxed and inspired by the beauty of the Riad, but deeply grateful for the warmth and generosity of everyone we met there. We can’t recommend Riad Charme d’Orient enough, and we are already dreaming of our next visit. "Customer service is five star very willing to help but not pushy on any sales. The accommodation was always clean in and around communal areas and the food was top quality.. we also fell in love with the spa area and shopping in the hotel was more than enough to give gifts back home"

"Getting to the hotel can be a bit of a pain at first with luggage as the cobble streets and navigating around the locals and bikes. Once you find it the Riad is so nice inside. The staff are the kindest and nicest people I’ve ever encountered in any facility. The hotel was kept so clean! The room We had was perfect for us (definitely make sure to bring your own toiletries and maybe extra toilet paper/ wipes. They have one roll provided but it’s not as much in a roll compared to rolls in the states. We luckily had wipes so had no issues. Also remember to have a water bottle to brush your teeth. If you’re from the states- Morocco isn’t probably your first trip but just a reminder to get an international wall outlet (the two prong stick looking wall plug). The streets come alive at night! -I don’t recommend going too far off the beaten path at night. Also be aware of the children in the area they will tend to ask for money and will follow you to the hotel. Overall if we were to come back to Morocco we would stay here again! "

"Really nice private pool area. Buffet food is great, not fussy eaters and we liked it a lot. Coyld improve on dressed table availability....but did not bother me as on holiday so not in a rush. One thing is the fresh orange juice could be available maybe ....if too difficult then offer it to vip customer at private pool. Other wise beautiful hotel....staff are all here to help and hard working. Really good evening shows....fabulous dancers. "
