"We were pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We had called saying we would be arriving late & the lady, Connie, i believe her name was assured us not to worry! My grandsons & I enjoyed the breakfast provided & the young man in charge got extra milk for us. This morning the ice machine wouldn't work for us but that was the only complaint I had!"

"The elevator was out of service, so the desk workers had to power it up in order to go to the third floor, but when they were busy the wait was unacceptable for them to manually open the elevator doors. We took the stairs, but be it that my wife is disabled, that created challenges for her. In the room, I was told to contact the front desk when we were coming down and they will send up the elevator.
