"Easy to find, nice setup and very different... Issues with the stay; shower head was a rainhead shower too heavy for the wall so kept falling which left it way too short to truly shower, low water pressure, ac was in the livingroom and even though fans were on high not a ton of air flow. Bed was hard along with the pillow. For the price could have stayed in the water. "

"Check in was delayed an hour because the room wasn’t ready. The room was spacious and comfortable. Decor was 90’s country. AC worked well. The shower took a bit for the hot water to come in, and water pressure came in and out. Parking was easy when we checked in on Friday but Saturday was difficult. We had to park at the back of the overflow lot on gravel. It was also poorly lit. Breakfast on the porch was good. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The view of the lake was nice. Food was served fresh and quickly. The location can’t be beat, basically a 5-10 minute walk to most restaurants and shops. While some aspects of the inn are outdated, its charm, view of the lake, and location make up for it. "

The location is fantastic, just a block from downtown, so it’s incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. You really can’t get much closer.Our host was excellent to work with. Communication was prompt and friendly, and when a small hiccup came up at the beginning of our stay, they handled it immediately and professionally. It was resolved very quickly, which we really appreciated, and it showed how attentive and responsive they are as hosts.Overall, it was a wonderful experience in a great home with a very thoughtful host. We’d happily stay here again."
