"We loved our stay in Sale Marasino! The children, especially, did not want to leave after 4 nights! The home is directly on the main road that goes around the lake, so it is very convenient, with parking just across the street, as well as a nice bakery, a grocery store, and a few cafes within in a couple of minutes walk. It is a very local town, without the hoards of tourists you see elsewhere, which we liked. The market was a wonderful surprise (I think it was Wednesday morning), and we stocked up on everything we needed to eat at home. If you are prepared for the fact that the road is noisy (it is unavoidable if you stay right on the lake), this home is really wonderful. Francesca was so friendly and kind, and her grandchildren were lovely playmates for our children, sharing all of their toys and games with us. The home is old, charming, clean and comfortable. We slept very well as the rooms are in the back and stay dark and quiet. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Francesca! "
