"Lovely house with a very well supplied kitchen, large grassy yard, plenty of deck space in a quiet area yet only a 10 minute drive to Hot Springs. The only drawback is the swimming area which was shallow, muddy and full of sunken limbs and debris. We enjoyed the kayaks though."

"We stayed for the month of March and had a great time. Home is as described, very comfortable, very clean, equipped with all you need to feel right at home. Location is so pretty in a country side setting with easy access to everything. A slice of heaven. Brian and Holly are remarkable owners and are always available should you require any information. "We were blessed to be able to stay during the week of the April 2024 solar eclipse. The open area behind the cabin was perfect for viewing the eclipse in totality. It was an awesome experience. The entire visit was complete with bluebirds and country calm for relaxation. The host were very accommodating the cabin was great, the lake just a few yards away, a wonderful large deck for coffee and to enjoy sunrises and sunsets! Conveniently located to a variety of eating and attractions or just stay there and make your own 😊I highly recommend this and we will definitely make this our “go to” place!!"

"MY HUSBAND AND I TOOK A SHORT TRIP TO EXPLORE A LITTLE OF ARKANSAS. THIS WAS THE PERFECT LITTLE COZY SPOT. WE REALLY ENJOYED WALKING TO THE CREEK AND BEING SAFELY IN NATURE. BEING FROM TEXAS WE LOVE TO BBQ SO IT WAS NICE TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT AND SIT BY THE FIRE PIT. I WAS ABLE TO KICK MY SHOES OFF AND GROUND IN THE GRASS. THE SPACE WAS TIDY AND WELL KEPT. WE DID HAVE LUNCH AT THE DIARYETTE AND LOVED IT. I ONLY WISH I HAD MORE TIME. :-) "

"This was a really lovely condo to stay in with our family of five. We came for our annual family reunion and really enjoyed our stay. The condo has a great view of the forest. We got to see deer daily and the real treat was all the baby deer that walk right by there. Everything was clean! Bonus was all the extra supplies they have stocked for the things we forgot."
