"Great location right in centre. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Housekeeping limited, rooms were not cleaned or beds made during out 4 day stay. We had a good view from our rooms with balcony and window seats. It was lovely to look out at the light park and snowy mountains. Decent breakfast buffet. Swimming pool and spa were lovely. Just perfect to unwind after a day in the snow. "A “gentleman” at the reception( could be the owner) has a really bad attitude... was not friendly at all. Long story short, if there’s a will, there’s a way... he clearly is not familiar with that. "sentralt beliggende hotell. fint med restaurant i bygget. Ingen romservice, det var uventet. Trøbbel med vanntrykket og varmtvann i dusj, luft i vannrør ? Rommet ellers var ok og flott at det ikke var teppegulv. (var fint tregulv) . Hyggelig betjening, men kunne ikke engelsk, bare polsk. "
