The room was clean and ready when needed. Laundry is available. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The only negative is the ice machine is still broken.

Staff are very professional and polite. My room was clean and comfortable. Hotel grounds were quiet except for the fire works on the 4th. No unwanted folks hanging around outside all hours of the day and night.

The staff is polite and professional. My room is very spacious and clean. They welcomed my Emotional Support dog with no issues. The bed is super comfy. Dining options are close and I can have groceries delivered from Walmart also. Very Retro but a great place to stay!!! ⭐️

Planning for a late check-in after an entire day outside in the Phila heat at New Balance Track & Field Nationals, our family couldn’t wait to arrive for a shower and good nights sleep. Instead, we were met with a wall of stale smoking stench as we opened the door to our NON-Smoking room! We refused to stay as it was so bad we knew we couldn’t stand in the room let alone sleep there. Exhausted, all 4 of us spent the next 2 hours until 1:30 AM calling every place in the greater Phila area until we found 1 overpriced place to stay over a 1/2 hour away.

Under renovations

The gentleman at checkin was not very friendly, he made me feel uncomfortable, like oops I picked the wrong place to stay! You had to speak with him through a window, lobby door was locked! Later found out from the woman at the desk that renovations were being done that is why doors were locked! She made me feel better about staying!! She also gave me newer cleaner looking towels ( the towels in the room were in poor condition). The shower floor had black spots … had to wear sandals to shower!!! Bed was comfortable! The saving grace was the woman, she eased my discomfort! I understand that motel is under renovations, however they should have the rooms looking much better and towels that look useable!

Love Yourself Enough Not To Stay Here

I found this hotel on Hotels.com. The pictures looked nice and the rate was good as was traveling and only needed a place to sleep. Immediately pulling in the parking lot the hotel just looked dirty. I checked in and when I opened the door to my room I noticed at some point the door had been kicked in with no attempt to repair the damage beyond a few screws on the inside. In the room I found that not all the lights worked and everything was sticky and grimey. The bed seemed ok but I had my doubts but hey, gotta sleep. In the morning when washing up I noticed there was dry blood on the wall next to the sink. Never again!

Room was clean. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Safe and quiet. Close to great places to eat and Wawa close by too. There are two dispenseries if you are into that sort of thing. Linens and towels refreshed on a daily basis as well. No problem with having my ESA. Laundry and vending available as well. Only one item that needs improvement, ice machine out of order.

Deceived by the hotel pictures. Its more like a busted funeral home thats owned by roaches. Oh lord the roaches were everywhere. one watched me eat for 20min and another one tried to jump on my head as i opened the bathroom door. Never again will i stay here

I didn't realize it was a place for homeless people and drug addicts nothing against them, but I didn't feel safe. The place was filthy, but I didn't have anywhere else to go so I stood there. I asked for a different room and the rooms lock was broke and there were homeless people sleeping in the car the whole time I was there Park right next to my car.

The heating unit was very loud and sounded like it was on its last legs although it did heat the room. Low lighting. But you could still tell it was in shabby shape. Curtains looked like they were going to fall down. For $75 I expected more. Wish I’d gone with one of the many chains nearby for $5 more.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! And they still have the NERVE to try and charge so much money to stay in this cesspool. Im all for cheap hotels and understand you get what you pay for. But even when I brought it up to the office clerk, no apology, no refund, just blank stares with a crooked smile. Hotels.com should not be booking rooms for this location! If they were smart, they would drop this hotel from their site!!!!!!!!!
