"My only complaint is my daughter slipped while in the pool area and fractured her wrist due to a diaper that exploded outside the pool and blinded in with the water. Staff was quick to clean it up and provided ice."

"This was my second time staying here and it’s a pretty good stay. The only problem we had was the AC wasn’t cold enough but that’s a minor issue. Other than that the room was good. It was clean and smelled clean. Bathroom was clean. There was a break in the base of the tub like standing I could feel a huge crack which was covered with a white mat but it didn’t affect us. I would stay again if I’m in the poconos area."

"The place is a great place to stay needs some up keep to be done in the rooms; the shower rod looked like it was falling off and the door to the balcony felt like it was ready to come off the track. Other than that rooms were clean and place and staff were good to us."
