"Base Camp Cabin #4 is an immaculate, very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental close to Mt. Shasta City. The neighborhood is super quiet, there is a nature walk across the street and it's only about a 5 minute drive to town. The cabin is charming, and well-stocked. We didn't end up cooking there, but the kitchen had pretty much all that you'd need to cook and there is a coffee maker and plenty of coffee (a must for me!). "just needed a place to get a quick nap in before taking on the hike up mt shasta. about the closest property to the clear creek trail head but still an hour away. ez check in. clean spacious room. would recommend as a jump off spot but was only there for about 3 hours so don’t know how the amenities were beyond the room as I departed at 2am well before the complimentary breakfast."
