"The staff was excellent, especially Marcia. The room was clean. There were several things in the room that needed attention such as the off balance room refrigerator, the offset bathroom faucet, a broken bathtub stopper, no coffee pot in the room and nothing to prevent slipping in the bathtub allowing me to do just that, slip and fall into the bathtub. It was reported to the rep at the front desk and I was told I would be contacted about the incident but I have yet to hear anything. Overall it...
